Catapult Wooden Automata Kit

A catapult is any siege engine which uses an arm to hurl a projectile a great distance, though the term is generally understood to mean medieval siege weapons. Catapults were usually made of wood and assembled at the site of a siege. Although this design has a spoon at the end of the arm, more typically this would have been some form of sling to hold the projectile.This mechanical working model wooden toy automata kit by Timberkits is fun to assemble and adds animation.

The models are manufactured from renewable wood sources and are design for age 9 and over. Younger builders may require the assistance of an adult. The models, both kits and built, are not suitable for children 3 years and under due to the risk of choking on the small parts.
